“ Bullock Cart Ambulance service is getting good response from
the remotest areas of Aurangabad district in Bihar.The fare of
this service is only Rs 300.Service to ailing patients is my goal.” said Ram Manohar Singh the founder and owner of this unique human service and Medicare.
Bullock cart Ambulance service is new concept of medical service
in the Indian history.
It also shows the real truth the Bihar Government’s health service in Bihar.

Long before rickshaw, autorickshaw, jeep or other motor vehicles came on the scene; it was only palkhi and bullock carts which transported ailing patients to Vaidji, Hakimji or to a doctor. It is nothing new. The news is that, it is still prevalent because of government apathy and lack of health care amenities in villages.
