” Every Child has a Right to be Protected from the Sexual Abuse
and Torture ”

Recent sexual murder of Vibhuti Nath Sharma(7 years) of class 2 student of the Kenndriya Vidyalaya,Vikaspuri,New Delhi in the school campus on September 12 is horrible and shameful.

The victim’s corpse was found floating in the water tank of the school after the 3 days of the incident.It was recovered by the Delhi Fire Brigade men from the water tank of the school.

It’s a matter of shame that even the victim’s parent’s were not informed that the Vibhuti was missing from the school.

Rude behavior of KVS staff with the parents of the victim is inhumane and shameful.Vibhuti’s father Jai Kant Sharma and mother Veena Sharma demands immediate CBI investigation into this case for the justice.

After this incident the Principal of KV Principal and two teachers have been suspended by the KVS,New Delhi.But suspension is not the solution of any crime without the CBI investigation into this case.

This horrible incident proves that children are not safe in the school campus from the sex monsters.The graphs of this social problem are rising at an alarming rate.

According to the forensic experts of Deen Dayal Upadhayay Hospital, New Delhi and senior officials of Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan,New Delhi that class 2 student of Kenndriya Vidyalaya Vibhuti Nath Sharma was sodomized and brutally murdered in the school campus.His body was thrown into the water storage tank of the school.His corpse had sufficient signs which loudly says horrible story of the victim Vibhuti’s sexual murder and his hard struggle for life from the claws of the killer.

Amazingly KVS is India’s No.1 government funded educational institutes.If the students of the KVS are not safe in their co-
educational institutes than who will protect Child Rghts in the rural Indian schools? The graphs of this social problem are rising at an alarming rate.This is the biggest unanswered question of our society.What is the Solution of this problem ?
