Recent rape and poisioning of Meena Kumari(16),a brilliant student of class X of Khutahi High School,Muzaffarpur,Bihar is the worst horrible sexual crime in the History of Education,in Bihar.On July 14, 2008 daughter of Vidyanand Jha was raped and poisoned by the Principal of Khutahi High School,Muzaffarpur(Bihar)Chandra Prakash Singh(55)and the clerk in the Principal’s chamber.After rape she was forced to swallow Sulphas tablets by the accused.She died at her residence.Shame !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

An FIR has been registered against the duo.But the accused are absconding yet.It’s horrible and shameful.What punishment should be given to the accused ?

This horrible incident proves that girls are not safe anywhere. Schools are temples of knowledge and career building.But,students are not safe in the school campus.If a school Principal rapes his student in his chamber then who will protect students rights in the school campus ???? This is the real face of the Indian schools.

More than 12 years ago a senior bright Bengali student of Lohia Nagar Kankerbagh,Patna based school was also gang raped and killed by the Director of the school and his guest political leader.The victims parents were threatened by the accused for not to lodge FIR against them.The list of sexual abuse of girl students is endless.

Such types of accused must be hanged in public like Gulf countries.This is the only suitable punishment for such types of heinous crimes.
