“The company had informed the Noida police at around 9.45 am,but no policeman reached the site till 12.30 pm.Had they reached in time the worker wouldn’t have entered the factory and CEO Lalit Kishore Chaudhary’s life have been shaved from the hands of the armed mob.”

The barbaric death of the MD cum CEO Lalit Kishore Chaudhary of Italian MNC unit of India, Graziano Transmissoni India Pvt.Ltd.,
at Udyog Vihar in Greater Noida on September 22 afternoon by the ireful mob of it’s workers shows the total negligence, lawlessness and the real face of the Noida Police.

According to the eyewitnesses the most respected boss of the this Italian company CEO Lalit Kishore Chaudhary was lynched with hammer, sticks and steel rods by more than 200 irate and violent dismissed workers of this company in the yesterday afternoon.

Three months ago they were sacked by the company due to their violent and rude behavior. They went there to join the company
on Monday morning. They were not ready to sign the apology letter.
Demand for the apology letter triggered the violent and clash.
They damaged about 20 cars which were parked in the campus. They
were demanding hike in salary and guarantee for the permanent employment in that company without any condition or new rules.
When he objected their vandalism, they beat him to death with Hammer, steel rods and wooden sticks. He was brought at the Kailash Hospital of Greater Noida, but he was declared dead by the Doctors.

Total 13 workers have been arrested by the Noida police after the gruesome murder of LK Chaudhary.More than 50 staff were injured in this clash. The irate mob of company staff damaged about 20 cars
( parked in the campus ),office computers, furniture and the windowpanes.

The Italian company Graziano Transmissoni India Pvt. Ltd.,is a Rs.360 crore industry which is manufacturing vehicle tools like gears.CEO,LK Chaudhary was the country head.By nature he was very gentle,social,co-operative and the disciplined boss of this company.

He is survived by his wife Ratna and only son Keshav. Now It is UP government’s duty to provide security to the CEO’ fanily.

This barbaric murder proves that no one is safe in Noida /Greater Noida. The working style and negligence of the Noida Police during investigation can’t be improved. They did not seal the hammer which was used during the murder of CEO by the ireful staff.

If the CEO of International company is not safe in the industrial city like Greater Noida than who will save the common people of our society ? Are they still busy in the investigation of Arushi & Hemraj murder case with the help of a magnifying glass ?

You are right Mr. Madhusudan. But here in this incedent the major cause is very
complex.Firstly the level of tolerence,
compassion and humanity is decreasing
day by day.Secondly it’s very hard to
servive in the cities like Greater Noida
or NCR.Thirdly there must be friendly relationship with the staff.

It’s prime duty of the Union Leaders of
any organization to follow the basic
etiquttes of the society.

CEO LK Chaudhary was a very punctual &
diciplined man.The real accused must be
punished by the Indian Judiaciary.

I agree with you Mr. Vijay.

Violence is not the solution of any problem. Our younger generation needs
non-violence trainings based on the
teachings of Tirthanker Vardhman Mahaveer.

All accused of LK Choudhry’s murder must be strictly and honestly punished.

Corruption is also one of the major cause of the anarchy in the Delhi/NCR.

The other day a school-girl and a boy were brutally burnt to death by a vindictive father and this incident to happened in Greater Noida. There is no administration or authority whatsoever that is taking stringent measures to tackle such gory incidents. It is shocking to read that the police had three hours to react and save his life but they did not do anything. Greater Noida has to improve and some one has to come to the rescue of the innocent people.

Dearest Mr. Atul,

You are absolutely right. The recent rising incedents of crime proves that
there is total lawlessness in Noida and

Guilty will not be punished because police will ensure that investigations get carried out in a sloppy manner and eye witnesses turn hostile in court.
