“There is no doubt that my son was murdered by Raj Thackeray’s
men and I intend to move the Supreme Court to seek death penalty
for him. I would soon file a case of murder against the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray for the death of my 25-year old son Rahul Raj during a fake encounter by Mumbai Cops in Mumbai.” Kundan Kumar Singh, the father of Rahul Raj said at a public meeting organized by the newly-formed Shaheed Rahul Raj Foundation in Patna On Saturday.
